Nassau

As the capital, Nassau is often the first introduction for visitors, boasting classy beach resorts, delicious local cuisine, and a lively cultural scene. Don’t miss the Clifton Heritage National Park, which offers fabulous beaches including the famous Jaws Beach, amazing coral reef snorkeling opportunities and a chance to see important ruins dating back to previous civilizations.

Abacos

Known as The Boating Capital of the Bahamas, The Abacos are a yachter’s paradise with a myriad of tiny aquamarine cays scattered across 130 miles around Great and Little Abaco. A true utopia for diving enthusiasts, the underwater caves and vibrant coral reefs of Pelican Cays Land and Sea Park are an absolute treat. Relax onboard as you spot turtles, eagle rays and sharks in the crystal clear waters of Walker’s Cay National Park.

Exumas

There’s an island for each day of the year in the Exumas, where nature outnumbers man. Celebrated for their intense sapphire-blue waters which are visible from outer space, this chain of islands is original castaway territory and home to the world-famous swimming pigs. Flawless coastlines, footprint-free beaches and the chance to snorkel with friendly nurse sharks make this an unforgettable location.

Eleuthera

This picture-postcard string of islands offers some of the world’s very best scuba diving and most iconic views. Visit the indigenous pineapple farms and the Glass Window Bridge, which forms a thin land border between the Atlantic and Caribbean Oceans. Then head to sublime Pink Sands Beach on nearby Harbour Island before soaking up some authentic island culture in Dunmore Town.
